What is included in the free trial?
Fourteen days on SignBas3 Production with Fitch Assist. A payment
method is required. Cancel in Settings before the trial ends to
avoid the first charge; otherwise Production continues automatically
at A$549 per month excluding GST. Checkout confirms the exact
date and amount before you accept.
A fair-use AI allowance and the usual permission and approval
controls apply. Coming-soon Fitch Advanced features are not part
of the trial until released.
Why not charge every workshop user?
The system works best when production and field updates happen
where the work happens. Restricted operational seats should not
become a reason for information to stay off the job.
Is Fitch included after the trial?
Yes. Fitch Assist and a monthly credit allowance are included in
every standard plan. Fitch Advanced is coming soon for companies
that need deeper scheduling, reporting, inbound document handling
and multi-step operational work.
Can we start small and move up?
Yes. Your organisation admin can change plans in Billing settings.
Your business data stays in the same workspace. Review the price
and effective date before confirming a change.
How do we manage or cancel our subscription?
Open Billing settings as an organisation admin to manage your plan,
payment method and invoices, or cancel your subscription. You can
complete the process online from your workspace.
Do we need a different regional site?
Use this pricing page to subscribe with an Australian billing
address. Plans are billed monthly in AUD; Checkout shows the
applicable GST and total before you confirm.
When does billing start?
Choose a plan to subscribe now, or start the 14-day Production
trial before your first subscription charge. Review the plan,
taxes and amount due in Checkout before confirming.
