- Forward the message to the company intake address.
- Open Email and review the matching job, sender and proposed handling.
- Check the attachments retained after signature-image filtering.
- Confirm or change each attachment type and job destination.
- Apply the filing action or send uncertain items to review.
Good practice
Do not force a weak match; the review queue is safer than filing against the wrong job.
