Step by step

  1. Forward the message to the company intake address.
  2. Open Email and review the matching job, sender and proposed handling.
  3. Check the attachments retained after signature-image filtering.
  4. Confirm or change each attachment type and job destination.
  5. Apply the filing action or send uncertain items to review.

Good practice

Do not force a weak match; the review queue is safer than filing against the wrong job.
