SignBas3 has opened beta registrations for sign manufacturers, wide-format printers, vehicle wrap businesses and installation teams worldwide.
The platform is designed to preserve the accepted scope and operational evidence as a sign job moves from enquiry and estimating through artwork approval, production, purchasing, installation, invoicing and margin review.
One operating record from enquiry to invoice
Sign work frequently crosses sales, design, print, fabrication, suppliers, field crews and accounts. SignBas3 keeps the customer, quote, artwork versions, production tasks, schedule, purchasing records, installation context, labour and commercial result connected to the same job.
The platform includes structured estimating and quote revisions, browser-based artwork review, production scheduling, purchase ordering and receiving, mobile field workflows, job costing, reporting and reviewable operational assistance through Fitch.
Accounting remains in the system selected by the finance team. SignBas3 supports operational handoff to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, while job documents can use Google Drive or Dropbox.
The beta starts with a representative job
Participating sign companies are asked to choose a real workflow that touches several departments. The evaluation follows the job from commercial scope through production and cost, allowing the business to test whether the system reduces re-entry, clarifies handovers and makes the final result easier to explain.
WorkflowMax users can also evaluate a guided migration path covering source preparation, user and status mapping, imported records and representative reconciliation.
