Export business data

Create, store and audit a controlled SignBas3 business-data export for approved review, recovery or portability needs.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings, then Data Export.
  2. Choose one dataset and, where available, set From Date, To Date or Status filters.
  3. Select CSV or JSON and wait for the browser download.
  4. Open the downloaded file and verify its filename, format and expected record scope.
  5. Move it to the approved secure location and record its business purpose in the organisation's approved register.

Good practice

Exports can contain sensitive client and commercial data. Until Export All is corrected and certified, use individual CSV or JSON exports only.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
