  1. Confirm the user is using the invited email address.
  2. Check whether the invitation is pending, accepted or expired.
  3. Verify the user is active and assigned the intended role.
  4. Use password reset when authentication—not authorisation—is the problem.
  5. Raise a support ticket with the timestamp and user email if the issue continues.

Good practice

Never send passwords or one-time codes in a support ticket.
