- Confirm the user is using the invited email address.
- Check whether the invitation is pending, accepted or expired.
- Verify the user is active and assigned the intended role.
- Use password reset when authentication—not authorisation—is the problem.
- Raise a support ticket with the timestamp and user email if the issue continues.

Never send passwords or one-time codes in a support ticket.
