Step by step

  1. Open Workspace from the main navigation. Choose Prepare a quote, Create artwork, Plan a job or Draft an email. Exploring a task does not create a project.
  2. Add the enquiry, accepted scope, sign wording or email you want to work from. Include known quantities, sizes, dates and installation requirements; leave unknown details as questions.
  3. Use Add drawings or files to attach supporting material, then select the task's Prepare button. Fitch opens a project with the brief and sources.
  4. Review the saved work beside the conversation. Inspect the available quote scope, sign quantities, dimensions, artwork preview or draft result.
  5. Open Sources to check the material behind the result and Review to inspect proposed actions. Hide the conversation for more room, or use Chat and Work on a phone.
  6. Return through recent projects or search to continue a saved project as the brief changes.
  7. Open Teaching, artwork standards and connections to review organisation lessons, inspect an artwork standard or check the Google connection.

Good practice

A draft is a starting point for review. Check scope, prices, wording, dimensions and recipients before approving or issuing anything. Artwork drafts use your organisation's artwork standard; the workspace identifies missing setup. Teaching a method starts a private review workflow for your organisation.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
