Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.
Step by step
- Open Reporting and select Create report.
- Under Build with Fitch, describe the decision, audience, period, grouping and required information, then select Build report; answer a clarification with Send answer when Fitch asks.
- Review the Reporting workspace status, Data checks, Fitch build confirmation, Page structure and the finished Report preview.
- If any card says Review or Review required, resolve the listed data or scope issue before relying on the report.
- To change the result, enter a focused follow-up and select Refine report, or use Adjust fields and filters then Apply and re-check data.
Good practice
A good brief names the decision, not just the chart type.
If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
