Invite users and choose roles

Give each team member the access needed for their part of the workflow.

Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings, then Users.
  2. Invite a user with their business email address.
  3. Select the role that matches their responsibilities.
  4. Ask the user to accept the invite and set their password.
  5. Review access with a test client or job.

Good practice

Start with the least access needed and expand it deliberately.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
