Complete the required company setup and choose the correct starting path before operational work begins.

Step by step

  1. Open Company Setup and complete Company, Addresses, Regional and tax, Numbering and defaults, Branding, and Storage.
  2. Under Team and import, choose Start fresh, Import from WorkflowMax or Invite users manually.
  3. Review the saved setup details, then select Complete Setup.
  4. If you selected Import from WorkflowMax, continue to WorkflowMax Import; otherwise continue into the workspace.

Good practice

Use current company information during setup. Progress is saved after each completed step.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
