Map WorkflowMax users and statuses

Resolve source identities into the people and workflow stages used in SignBas3.

Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open the WorkflowMax Mapping workspace.
  2. Review unmatched users and select the intended SignBas3 user.
  3. Map source job states into the approved SignBas3 status set.
  4. Save the mapping and rerun validation.
  5. Document any intentionally unmapped legacy values.

Good practice

Avoid mapping several distinct production stages into one generic status without team agreement.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
