Run a WorkflowMax import

Use the guided import workspace to bring source records into SignBas3.

Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings, then WorkflowMax Import.
  2. Select the prepared source package.
  3. Review the preflight checks and resolve blocking issues.
  4. Start the import and keep the browser session available for progress.
  5. Review the completion summary before opening migrated records.

Good practice

Always run the first import into a clean trial tenant.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
