Run a WorkflowMax import

Use the guided import workspace to bring source records into SignBas3.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings, then WorkflowMax Import.
  2. Select Upload ZIP and choose the prepared `.zip` package.
  3. Confirm Package, Database and Promotion SQL are ready; resolve any preflight or workspace-mismatch blocker.
  4. Select Run WFM Import. The import runs server-side, so you may leave and return to this page; use Refresh to review its current state.
  5. Wait for Completed, then review counts, warnings and errors and download the import log before accepting migrated records.

Good practice

Rehearse the import in an approved non-production tenant before the production migration.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
