Prepare an unchanged WorkflowMax ZIP and retain a protected source copy before server-side import.

Step by step

  1. Choose an approved quiet migration window.
  2. Export the WorkflowMax package as a ZIP; do not edit CSV contents or source identifiers.
  3. Record the source organisation, export date and time, and ZIP filename outside SignBas3.
  4. Confirm the ZIP opens and contains the CSV areas needed for the intended migration; SignBas3 preflight is the authoritative package check.
  5. Store a protected, unchanged copy for audit and retry purposes.

Good practice

Keep the original ZIP unchanged; mappings and reconciliation depend on stable source identifiers.
