Review organisation activity logs

Trace workflow actions, changes, imports, failures and access events before deciding whether a record, setup rule or integration needs attention.

Best forOwner / Admin
Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings → Activity Logs and narrow the time window around the event.
  2. Filter or search using the workflow, person, record reference or outcome available to you.
  3. Open the relevant event and compare its timestamp, actor, action, target and result with the source record.
  4. Check adjacent events to understand the sequence instead of interpreting one row in isolation.
  5. If help is required, record the event time, safe record reference, expected result and observed result in a Support Centre ticket.

Good practice

Activity evidence explains a sequence; it does not authorise changing or replaying it. Use the supported source workflow or escalation path for recovery.

When you are finishedYou can state what happened, when, to which record and what evidence should accompany any support ticket.

Before you begin

  • You know the approximate time, person, workflow and source record involved.
  • You have Admin or Owner access to the organisation log.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
