Configure jobsite document requirements
Define regional safety documents and install-job requirements so the right review work appears before a crew goes to site.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Jobsite Documents and identify the regions and install-work conditions used by the business.
- Add or review each required document type, its applicability and the responsible reviewer.
- Confirm the corresponding source template is current and owned by the organisation.
- Open a representative install job and verify the expected requirements appear in its Jobsite workspace.
- Generate a controlled document, review the populated details and confirm it remains marked for review until a responsible person approves it.
- Record the review and update process for future template or regulatory changes.
Good practice
Configuration helps present the right documents; it does not replace site-specific risk review, competent approval or the organisation's legal obligations.
Before you begin
- A responsible person has confirmed the organisation's current regional and site-document policy.
- Install jobs can be identified consistently.

Settings that change this workflow
The same task can behave differently between organisations. Check these settings before treating a different result as an error.
