Create and review a jobsite safety pack
Generate the configured jobsite documents for an eligible install job, review site-specific content and record readiness before field use.
Step by step
- Open the installation job and select Jobsite.
- Confirm the region, site, scope, dates, people and work type are current.
- Review the configured requirements and generate the applicable document set.
- Have the responsible person assess the site-specific hazards, controls, responsibilities and omissions.
- Correct the source information and regenerate where necessary; do not edit around a repeatable template problem silently.
- Mark the pack ready only after the required review, then confirm the authorised field team can open the current version.
Good practice
Generated packs remain Needs review until competent, job-specific evidence supports Ready. Software cannot certify a site it has not assessed.
Before you begin
- The job is eligible for the configured region and work type.
- A competent reviewer owns the site-specific safety decision.
