Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open Tasks and choose an assignment in Today, or open Jobs and select a job from My jobs or Active jobs.
  2. Select the job from that list, or open Scan and scan its authorised SB3 job-sheet QR code.
  3. Review the job address, site contact, field notes, Tasks, Items, Photos and Safety documents.
  4. Capture permitted photos or complete the assigned task.
  5. Return to Tasks and the Today section for the next assignment.

Good practice

SignBas3 App requests foreground location only during camera capture. Decline it when location context is not useful or company policy does not permit location metadata.

What you will see

SignBas3 jobs workspace containing synthetic assigned work
The field view depends on current assignments, permissions, job context and configured jobsite requirements.

Screens show the synthetic BrightLine demonstration workspace. Your records, permissions and configuration will change the details you see.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
