Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open the job and select Photos before taking or uploading the image.
  2. Choose or create a meaningful folder for site survey, artwork reference, production, installation or completion evidence.
  3. Upload the photo and add enough description or context to explain what it shows.
  4. Move misplaced photos into the correct folder and remove duplicates only under the organisation's evidence policy.
  5. Open or print the required set and confirm every image belongs to this job and is suitable for its intended audience.

Good practice

Capture the work, not unnecessary personal or confidential information. A short description and deliberate folder are more useful than a large unlabelled camera roll.

When you are finishedAnother authorised person can find the image, understand its purpose and distinguish it from unrelated or superseded evidence.

Before you begin

  • The correct job is open.
  • The organisation's privacy, consent and retention rules allow the photo to be stored.
