Bring the estimator’s structured workbook into the quote without re-keying the working detail.

Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open the quote builder and choose to import a workbook.
  2. Upload a compatible SignBas3 pricing workbook.
  3. Review the imported client match and editable quote lines.
  4. Check the job task hour allocations and purchasing allowances.
  5. Save the quote and confirm the original workbook is retained with the quote documents.

Good practice

The import prepares editable work. Check every line, hour and allowance before issuing the quote.
