Bring HP Latex production status and actual usage into SignBas3.

Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open HP Print OS and choose Connect HP PrintOS.
  2. Enter the tenant connector details for the HP Jobs API and Print Beat services; credentials remain on the server.
  3. Confirm the connected printers, locations and current status in the overview.
  4. Set the cost for the live substrate names learned from HP production.
  5. Use one controlled print filename beginning with the SignBas3 job number and confirm the production record appears on the intended job.

Good practice

A successful connection is only the first check. Reconcile one print, substrate quantity and ink cost against the HP record before relying on automatic job costing.
