Record your own time against the correct sign jobs and tasks, then review pending team entries before approval.

Best forOwner / Admin
Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Using an Owner or Admin account, open My Timesheet to record your own time, or open Team Timesheets to review team entries.
  2. Choose the correct day, job and task.
  3. Enter the hours worked and any relevant notes.
  4. Save the entry. It appears as Pending until it is approved.
  5. Use Team Timesheets to review and approve pending entries before the weekly commercial review.

Good practice

Daily entry is faster and more accurate than reconstructing the week on Friday. Use the SignBas3 App timesheet workflow for field entry.

What you will see

SignBas3 weekly timesheets using synthetic staff and jobs
Record time against the current job and task so labour remains useful to scheduling and actual job cost.

Screens show the synthetic BrightLine demonstration workspace. Your records, permissions and configuration will change the details you see.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
