Step by step

  1. Using an Owner, Admin or Manager account, open Scheduler from the top navigation.
  2. Review the target period and visible workload.
  3. Search for staff or filter by Department to focus the planning view.
  4. Move or reassign work where demand exceeds available capacity.
  5. Confirm changes with the affected job owners.

Good practice

Schedule the constraint first—specialist fabrication or install capacity usually determines the rest.

If your workspace behaves differently, record the relevant job, client or record number and raise a support ticket so the team can investigate the exact context.
