  1. Open Staff, then Scheduler.
  2. Review the target period and visible workload.
  3. Filter to the team or work area being planned.
  4. Move or reassign work where demand exceeds available capacity.
  5. Confirm changes with the affected job owners.

Good practice

Schedule the constraint first—specialist fabrication or install capacity usually determines the rest.
