Create a Bounce LED production layout

Turn artwork and finished dimensions into a job-ready module and power-supply plan.

Before you beginUse a representative record and confirm you have the permissions required for this area.

Step by step

  1. Open Tools, then LED Layout Studio, or start the layout from the quote workflow.
  2. Choose the job, upload PDF, AI, SVG or image artwork and calibrate the face to its finished width and height.
  3. Select the appropriate Bounce LED module family and confirm the return depth and application.
  4. Review module placement, spacing, series limits, electrical load, Mean Well power-supply sizing, cost and sell price.
  5. Save the layout and PDF against the job, then use the supplier product schedule when confirming the Bounce LED order.

Good practice

Check unusual faces, dark vinyl, deep returns and edge-lighting with production and the supplier before fabrication.
